SOMIRO participated to Truffle fair 2022. The event was held on 29 October 2022. The Fair has developed a hospitality model that year after year improves tools and solutions to reduce environmental impact. It is precisely the uniqueness of the environment, and the precious fruits it provides, that the Fair celebrates through the Truffle. This year it was participated by our project partner, RisoPreciso to show and sell its bio-rice but also to explain the benefits of participating to a research and innovation project such as SOMIRO.
